How to get there!

From West & East, easiest route is via M56 to J10 and onto A49 towards Whitchurch.
From North & South on A49.
Turn towards Northwich onto A533 at Tall Trees crossroads lights by filling station. After 2 miles enter Barnton village and take 1st left. Follow this road up the hill till it turns 90 degrees right, becoming Townfield Lane. Entrance to ground is signposted on left down track, immediately after a cul-de-sac.

About our Club
Situated in the village of Barnton, near Northwich, Barnton CC is a multi-sport Club developed from the original Cricket Club which moved to the present Broomsedge site post-war. The Club membership of over 1000 play Cricket, Bowls and Squash, plus gentler pursuits such as Dominoes, Darts and Quizzes - all competitively.
The Club is open all year round, 7 evenings a week plus Sunday lunchtimes, with Hot Food available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and also excellent Sunday lunches. There are Social Events, Social Quizzes and Live Entertainment at regular intervals throughout the year and a Golf Section who organise several internal Handicap competitions through the year.
In 2003 our Club was awarded "Club of the Year" by North Cheshire CAMRA, a great achievement. Our Club Steward, Mike Elliot, takes great pride in serving some of the finest Draught (not Keg!!) Real Ales in the area, with Hyde's Bitter, Theakston's Bitter, (usually) three Guest Ales, Hyde's Draught Dark Mild, Guinness Extra Cold plus Carling, Harp Irish and Stella Artois lagers as well as draught Strongbow Cider.
